Addy Cleveland Clinic Study
Addy - WGCP Double Blind Clinical Study
This double-blind clinical study conducted by the Cleveland Clinic aimed to investigate the effects of Whole Green Coffee Powder (WGCP) on cognitive functioning in young adults. Fourteen participants aged 18-25 were subjected to three treatment conditions: placebo, low dose (889.9 mg) WGCP, and moderate dose (1334.4 mg) WGCP. The study found that a moderate dose of WGCP significantly improved sustained attention and working memory, while having no effect on response inhibition. No side effects were reported, and 50% of subjects reported positive subjective improvement in well-being.
